Insurance Assistance: Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs.

Third Party Financing: This is a separate line of credit to cover all your family's dental treatment. Our office manager can review programs with you or you may visit these web-sites for more information.

Non Insurance Patients
Payment is due at time of treatment and may be paid by any of the listed payment options.

Insurance Patients
We understand the value of insurance programs and will assist you in obtaining your maximum benefits. We will gladly process your insurance forms for you and will also estimate the portion that is not covered by your plan. This co-payment amount is due at the time of treatment and may be paid by any of the options listed above. Any balances not paid by insurance are your responsibility.

Orthodontic Patients
For orthodontic treatment there are other financial guidelines that will suit your budget. Our staff can review these with you following your consultation.


Monday to Thursday: 9:00 to 4:00
Friday: 9:00 to 3:00
