Kathryn Taylor-Musseau was an English major with no plans to work in dentistry until she met and married Dr. Musseau. Moving from Public Relations & Communications to the dental field was a very interesting transition and she was pleased to discover, with the rapid advancements in modern dentistry, there were many roles for a communication professional.
Kathryn oversees communication programs such as the webpage, staff training and development, and patient relations and also handles many of the administrative and management roles in partnership with Dr. Musseau. She received her BA with honours from Acadia University in Wolfville, NS, and completed a year of French Immersion at Universite Laval in Quebec City. Following graduation Kathryn worked as a writer/producer in the promotions department of ASN/ATV in Halifax, NS, as Regional Manager of Public Affairs with VIA Rail Canada in Moncton, NB, and as Telethon Coordinator with the IWK Children's Hospital Foundation's NB office, also in Moncton. In 1997, she returned to Halifax and founded her own communications consulting business, KTM Management.
