Charlene Furey is a certified Level II Dental Assistant who graduated from the dental assisting program at Keewatin College in The Pas, Manitoba. She joined our office in August 2001. Prior to this, Charlene worked in Brampton, ON, where she gained valuable experience as the only dental assistant in a busy practice. She is delighted to be back in her hometown of Bishop's Falls with only a short commute to our office in Grand Falls-Windsor.
Charlene is a gentle and caring assistant with a keen interest in dentistry. She graduated from Dale Carnegie Training in 2001, completed an Orthodontic Module from the University of Alberta in September 2003, and has attended several Orthodontic programs with Dr. Musseau the most recent of which encompassed a mini residency in the office of Dr. Brock Rondeau of London, Ontario, a general dentist whose practice is completely orthodontic and cranial facial pain treatment. All of our staff attended Dr. Rondeau's Orthodontic Symposium in Toronto in June 2005. Charlene has also participated in numerous in-office CE programs delivered by talented trainers from our community on such topics as Teamwork and Personality Typing.
